    What good is cutting woody brush if it leaves jagged stobs above the ground? All I see is a future filled with flat tires, and/or livestock with punctured feet. It looks to cut very well, but being able to cut it below the ground is what is needed.

    I think my phone knows I've been talking about this! I have the 78inch piston drive extreme. Have had it a few years now and it's an absolute animal and is heavy built. I've done things with it that would shock most people. If you can get to two side of a tree a 20 inch tree will come down!

    I bought one of these 2 months ago. It does a better job with the deflector shield on. Every job I’ve done with it so far my clients like the results and are surprised at the the amount of work it will do. I really like it but I would change one important thing. I would’ve mounted the attachment plate on a 45 degree angle to scoop trees better. Also move it forward as much as possible. The center of gravity is way out there.

      I have a WR Long. Ditches can be a pain. It’s better to have long straight wind rows. You also need to have your bales tight. That helps with picking up the bales. It is easier to use it with a skid steer but you can use it with a tractor. I never had any issues with strings wearing out. There is a learning curve with these. Just be patient, if I can do it anyone can too.

    I your going to EFFECTIVELY run a brush cutter having enough HP to run a HI-FLOW is the difference between 3 acres a day and 12 acres a day! I burned a full days worth of fuel on my T190 to to chop 3 acres of brush. I upgraded and the dealer is telling my I can cover the remaining 12 acres in less than 1 day. we shall see!

      Yeah your dealer bull shitted you too. If you're talking about mowing grass and weeds with a 100 hp tractor and 15 ft. bat wing, yeah. but 12 acres of brush and saplings with a skid steer in less than a day... no sir.

    • @chargermopar
      @chargermopar 5 років тому

      What's wrong with tracks? They don't leave ruts like a truck or tractor can. Sure you see something at 2:38 but that grows back a lot faster than the mess you made getting your truck or tractor stuck. Those front tractor wheels cut through soft soil like a pizza cutter.

  • @upon1gsxr600

    very cool concrete bucket. that would be way better on slabs than using forks like I do now. The way you guys run the machines like that you must have a good vendor for cheap tracks. I would be screaming if someone was spinning my tracks on broken concrete like that.

    • @OFFICIALCIDINC
      @OFFICIALCIDINC 7 років тому

      Thanks. Yes using forks can be very dangerous. This video didn't really show how you can use the concrete claw to pick up big slabs of concrete because it was brittle and damaged a lot. We usually don't run the machines like this but we needed to get it done fast as to not slow down or bottleneck production at the plant. Yes we use cheap tracks but they last a lot longer than you would expect considering the many different things we use the machines for.
